Scholarship Winners

The PHC is happy to announce the winners of our 2023 Portuguese Historical Center Sponsored Scholarships. First and foremost, we must thank our Sponsors for this kind and generous gesture in donating to our youth of San Diego. Both of our recipients have quite a list of accomplishments from educational GPAs to the many organizations they have served through their youth. They are both truly impressive! We couldn’t award these scholarships without our donor contributions. Many thanks to Diana Balelo, John Rebelo, and The Miss Cabrillo Festival organization for your kind generosity.
